I have just came home and deem it duty to express you my imressions. Undoubtedly not a four star hotel. The room was not clean and with bad lightening.
The service in the dining room was not very boon and attentive, though the staff at the reception was polite and even smiling:) The location is very good. The Thistle Kensington Palace is a short trek from the West End theatres, Royal Albert Hall, and other entertainments.
