They lodged me in a very little room and I was confused when I was shown not larger ones on requiring to move me to another one. All the larger rooms were roomed. So I had to make up my mind to staying in my firstly given room. However, it was clean and with very comfortable bed and spotless bed linen. Nevertheless any inconveniences the Shaftesbury Piccadilly hotel is good and the staff go out their way to help you.
