The Radisson Edwardian Grafton hotel is very convenient for the West End enertainment places and sights. About the hotel itself I would say it corresponds to its status, but not without flaws. We have been accommodated in the room outlooking the road. Knowing the noise is problem for me, I asked to change it for another one. The manager answered there were no free rooms of such a kind, but one would be the next day and we would be moved there. I couldn't get off to sleep for a long, but the comfort of a bed has done its work. And the next afternoon we were moved to another silent room. We were pleasantly surprised they kept the promis.
