If it is possible to say so, but I fell in love with the Kensington House hotel. The exterior appearance is astonishing and the interior is contemporary and well kept. The bed was so downy that worths all 5 stars. I haven't met there any incompetent manager.
The staff are very helpful and perfectly knowledgeable about surroundings. I was satisfyied with the breakfast, though we had to wait the table was free. The place is prestigious near the Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.
