Well, it depends! On my first vacation (almost 1 year ago) it turned out to be a great hotel, I hardly could find any flaw there, and I didn't want. Of course I've booked K West for the next time and was a little bit disappointed. I had to talk with the manager concerning the far from being fresh towels! It was disagreeably and annoying to waste time clearing up such things. The problem was solved, but without many apologies. Concerning other things it was ok. I hope they won't go awry till my next visit.
